Entry is open to anyone except employees (and their immediate families) of the sponsoring company/companies and/or agents involved in the competition. (Easihair pro, Mycro Keratin & Moyoko)
Competitions run from the 29^th of March 2023 to 14^th of April 2023.
Late entries will not be included under any circumstances.
The prizes will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random name generator.
The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Regrettably, only South African residents are eligible for prizes.
Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
Prizes not claimed within three months will be forfeited.

making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Site and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. You can add as many items as you like to the shopping cart.

Once you have made your selection, click on ‘Checkout’. You will then be asked for a few details that we need in order to complete your purchase.

When you receive a confirmation e-mail from us that an order has been placed on our Site it is to indicate that we have received your order and/or payment, it does not however indicate that a sale/contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a sale/contract between us when we send you an invoice.

If you pay by credit card your Credit Card statement will reflect a debit by “PAYFAST*FASCINATIONS”.

pricing errors

FASCINATIONS.co.za makes every effort to ensure that the content and data displayed on our website is 100% accurate but errors may still occur. If an item has been incorrectly priced and the customer is unwilling to pay the correct price then we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer the full amount paid by them.

shipping and handling

FASCINATIONS.co.za ships to all South African destinations. We will process your order as soon as we receive confirmation that your payment has been cleared.

All items on our website are shipped from our Cape Town offices.

If we have the item in stock your order should take between 3 and 5 working days to be delivered after payment has been confirmed.

We do our best to keep the most popular styles and colours in stock but are unfortunately unable to carry stock of all the items that we sell. Some items need to be ordered from overseas.

If you are purchasing an item that needs to be ordered in from our overseas suppliers then the delivery date will be extended by 8 to 14 working days. We will let you know if the item is out of stock with our overseas suppliers and suggest an alternative style.

Because delivery dates and times are dependent upon factors outside of our direct control we are unable to guarantee them; however, every effort is made to have the goods delivered within the time frames stated. Should there be a delivery problem we will contact you via email and keep you informed of the expected time of arrival (ETA) wherever possible.

We will deliver your order as soon as payment has been confirmed. If we have the item in stock it will take between 3 and 5 working days to be delivered to you. If you are ordering an item that we need to order in from our overseas suppliers we will order the items requested immediately to speed up the process but we will only send them to you once your payment has been confirmed.

In the case of goods delivered by our couriers, a signed waybill/delivery note will constitute your acceptance of the goods and all risks of ownership will pass to you from that moment on.

Please make sure that the delivery address that you provided to us is correct. FASCINATIONS.co.za cannot be held responsible for delays or losses of any sort where we deliver to an address provided in error. FASCINATIONS.co.za will not incur any forwarding costs on deliveries.

In the case of goods collected at our offices, an invoice/delivery note signed by you or your representative will constitute your acceptance of the goods and all risks of ownership will pass to you from that moment on.

FASCINATIONS.co.za shall not be responsible or held liable for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo or other acts or events outside of the reasonable control of FASCINATIONS.co.za.

When you receive your order you need to make sure the package is sealed and has not been tampered with. If it has been tampered with, do not accept it from the courier. Check the contents of the package against the Invoice and if there is a discrepancy contact FASCINATIONS.CO.ZA immediately using the email address support@fashair.co.za or on telephone number: 27 (021) 511 5868.

We will not entertain queries on incorrectly delivered products or damaged products unless we are notified within 5 working days of you receiving the goods.

backorders

Although we carry a large range of products in our Cape Town warehouse we are unfortunately not able to carry all the styles and colours that are available.

If we do not have the item in stock that you have ordered we will place a backorder for it with our overseas suppliers. Orders from our overseas suppliers generally take between 8 and 14 working days to arrive in our Cape Town warehouse.

If the item you have ordered is placed on backorder, we will notify you via email of the delay and you can decide whether to wait for that particular item or whether you would like to choose another item. Should the backordered item be part of a larger order we will ship all the items at the same time.

tax and vat

Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 15% has been included on all prices shown on the site.

credit card and payment security

When an order is placed on our Site we process the credit card payment through PayFast (www.payfast.co.za). Credit Card details are encrypted and are not transferred in plain text and are not stored by FASCINATIONS.co.za in any way. You can read up on the PayFast security process on their website. goods return policy

All returns have to be pre-authorised before they can be returned to our offices. Please make contact with a member of our team to discuss your reason for return. We will authorise the return only after we have evaluated the reason for the return. We might contact you if we need more information.

If we have made an error and shipped the wrong product or if the item is damaged we will gladly sort out the problem. Please contact us immediately so we can sort out the problem soonest. Please note you have 14 working days to notify us of a problem. If the error is ours the shipping is free to collect and return the goods to you.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 14 working days of receiving it. Exchanges are processed within three business days of receipt. If we don’t have stock of the item you request we will order it in for you and let you know when it is expected. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as well as for the cost of sending the new items to you. The new items will not be shipped until the postage has been paid.

No exchange will be considered unless the original tags and packaging are undamaged and are returned with the goods. When trying on a wig please wear a wig cap at all times to protect your natural hair and the condition of the wig.

All items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

If we receive non-qualifying exchanges you will be charged R 250.00 handling fee to send the items back to you.

We, unfortunately, cannot entertain refunds.

Be sure to understand the above criteria prior to sending your package to us there are no exceptions.

Remittance Terms

Orders can be paid by Credit Card, Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer. All payments are subject to a clearance period, the clearance period is dependent on the banks concerned. If you wish to make use of alternative payment methods please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements with you. Contact info@fashair.co.za to arrange this. Your order will only be dispatched after the funds have cleared.

You agree to accept your tax invoices and other tax documents in electronic form, whether it is emailed or available for download on our website.
