so jessica flores – Tell us a little bit about yourself
Hi there, I am Jessica Flores. I’m originally from New Mexico but have lived in California for 18½ years now. I started working at the Jon Renau Head Office as a billing clerk a few months following my arrival here. It has been such a wonderful experience to see how we have evolved over the years. Outside of Jon Renau, my time is spent focusing on the most important part of my life which is my incredible family. They mean the world to me and I want to share in as many experiences as possible.
What is your personal motto?

What is your favourite wig or hairpiece?
easiVolume…It adds volume to my hair, easy to style and no one knows that it isn’t mine…LOVE it!!
What is your proudest moment at Jon Renau?
My proudest moment was during my attendance of CORE I in Chicago. As my position at Jon Renau does not require business travel, I rarely have the opportunity to do so. Being able to experience this one first-hand and hear the educators in action, as well as, all the positive feedback from our customers on our company and team was priceless!!

What do you like most about the company?
The team’s camaraderie…feels like a second family. I have the utmost confidence in the support we provide to one another.

The emotional aspect when hearing the stories of what individuals and families go through with their hair loss challenges; however, those challenging times have rewarding sides when we hear how we were able to help and more importantly how it made them feel.
